Your Trini Farmer LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you order peppers or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your name and shipping/billing address.
Your email address.
Your order history with us.
Email addresses submitted to our waitlist / "Be in the Know" signup.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment securely on our behalf.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site.

How we use your information

To process and fulfill your pepper orders.
To send order and confirmation emails (delivered through Resend).
To calculate live shipping rates for your address (through Shippo / USPS).
To send harvest and availability updates to people who opted into our waitlist.
To respond to messages you send us.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run the business, and only as needed to do so:

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — secure storage of order and account data.
Resend — sending transactional and waitlist email.
Shippo / USPS — calculating shipping rates and delivering packages.
Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & local storage

This site keeps your cart and browsing state in memory during your visit only — it does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not save your cart to your browser's local storage. Our hosting and payment providers may set essential cookies needed for security and to complete a purchase. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

Data retention & deletion

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. To request access to or deletion of your personal data, email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to know how it's used. Since our customers are nationwide, we honor these requests for everyone. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
